Ovakva peciva su super za dorucak uz solju caja ili tople cokolade sa nekim od omiljenih namaza..jos jedna prednost ovih peciva je da su super pogodna za zamrzavanje pa se u njima moze uzivati tokom cijele sedmice....
Sastojci:
355ml mlake vode
12g suhog kvasca
2 kasiike ulja
1kasica secera
2kaskice soli
550g brasna
Upute:
1.U vrucu vodu umjesati secer,kvasac i ostaviti 10 minuta na toplom mjestu.
2.U smjesu od kvasca umjesati ulje,so,postepeno dodavati brasno sve dok nedobijemo jedno solidno cvrsto tijesto.
3.Dobijeno tijesto istresti na lagahno pobrasnjenu podlogu i namladivati jednu 8 minuta. Ostaviti tijesto da nadolazi na toplom mjestu oko 30-45minuta.
4.Nadoslo tijesto podeliti na 10 vecih komada ili 16 manjih i namladiti male loptice. Poredati u pleh i ostaviti da nadolaze 30minuta.
5.Nadosla peciva premazati sa umucenim jajetom i staviti peci na 200* oko 20minuta. Ispecena peciva prebaciti na zicu i pokriti krpom i ostaviti da se ohlade.

Hvala cure... ova pecfiva volim zato sto su brza za napraviti a tijesto je perfektno za oblikovanje..do sad sam ih pravila 7-8puta 2 puta kao kruh i ovako..

peciva obožavam u svim varijantama, radim ih ponekad ovako a ponekad s mlijekom i vodom ovisno dali ih punim ili budu prazni

mmm peciva, nema do mirisa domaćeg kruha ili peciva koji s širi iz pećnice... 5+!
