Ostaviti tijesto da nadolazi na toplom mjestu oko 30-45minuta.&lt;br /&gt;4.Nadoslo tijesto podeliti na 10 vecih komada ili 16 manjih i namladiti male loptice. Poredati u pleh i ostaviti da nadolaze 30minuta.&lt;br /&gt;5.Nadosla peciva premazati sa umucenim jajetom i staviti peci na 200* oko 20minuta. Krompire oguliti i isjecati.&lt;br /&gt;2.U velikoj serpi zagrijati malo ulja i krompire prodinstati sa zacinima oko 15 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;3. Prodinstani krompir sasuti u dbljui pleh ili vatrostalnu zdijelu. Paprike napuniti sa 1-2 kasike krompira i utisnuti u tevsiju. &lt;br /&gt;4.Staviti peci na 200*C oko 45 minuta.&lt;br /&gt;5.Ispeceni krompir i paprike izvaditi iz pecnice i zaliti sa mlijekom i vrhnjam za kuhanje. Medjutim ja sam odrasla sa ovim juelom,puno puta dok sam bila mala nane mi je za dorucak kuhala ovu trahanu. Kroz rupice ce ispadati loptice sasvim male. Nacrtati krug na papiru za pecenje oko 20cm u dijametru. Jaje miksati sa secerom dok smjesa nebude bijela. Umiksati brasno.Rasporediti smjesu u nacrtani krug.Peci u sredini pecnice oko 10 minuta.Ohladiti ispeceni biskvit.&lt;br /&gt;2.Papirom za pecenje izvana obloziti kalup sa odvojivim ivicama promjera 24cm. Kalup promjera 27cm ili manji lagahno premazite sa uljem pomocu cetkice. Prenesite tijesto i lagahno ga utisnite u kalup. Otkinuti manji komad tijesta i napraviti lopticu i pomocu te loptice utisnuti coskove i stranice tijesta uz kalup. &lt;br /&gt;3.Tijesto lagahno izbosti viljuskom i po njemu staviti papir za pecenje koji cemo napuniti suhim grahom ili rizom (dok se tijesto bude peklo da se nebi napuhalo)&lt;br /&gt;4.Koru peci oko 10-15 minuta u vec zagrijanoj pecnici na 170*. Izvaditi koru odstraniti papir sa grahom i ostaviti da se kora hladi dok mi pripremimo punjenje.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PUNJENJE&lt;br /&gt;1.Vrhnje i mlijeko zagrijati do kuhanja. Cokoladu isjecati i sasuti u vruce vrhnje i mlijeko. Dodati secer, vanili8j ekstrakt i mjesati dok se sva cokolada neistopi. 2.Dodati Nutellu i mjesati dok se sve fino nesjedini.&lt;br /&gt;2 jaja umutiti zasebno pa im dodati istopljenu cokoladu. Dobro umiksati.&lt;br /&gt;Kalup sa korom staviti na ravan pleh i u njega sasuti punjenje. &lt;br /&gt;3.Staviti u pecnicu na 15-20 minuta na 170*. Prosijati brasno,pecivo i so.&lt;br /&gt;2. Miksati istopljenu cokoladu sa uljem i secerom. Dodati jedno po jedno jaje i na kraju vaniliju.&lt;br /&gt;3. Dodati suhe sastojke i miksati 2-3 minute. Tijesto treba da bude ljepljivo. 4. pokriti plasticnom folijom i ostaviti u frizideru da se hladi 2-3 sata ili preko noci.&lt;br /&gt;4. Od tijesta praviti male kuglice i uvaljati ih u secer u prahu. Poredati po papiru za pecenje i peci na 170* 10 minuta ako zelimo mekahne pomalo zilave keksice ili 12 minuta da dobijemo prhke keksice.5. Ohladiti keksice na mrezi i pohraniti u kutiju. U dubokou zdijelu pomjesati zajedno brasno,secer,so,prasak za pecivo,kakao i sodu. - Dodati jaja,mlijeko i vaniliju pa smjesu miksati 2-3minute. Dodati Vrelu vodu najzadnju. Smjesa ce biti malo rijetka ali i treba biti tako. . sasuti u pripremljen kalup i peci oko 30-40minuta ili dok cackalica iz centra neizadje cista. Ohladiti u kalupu jednu 10 minuta pa ga izruciti na zicu da se u potpunosti ohladi.-Miksati bjelanjca u snijeg i tek onda dodavati secer postepeno dok nedobijemo cvrstu pjenu.-Umiksati slatko vrhnje u cvrst slag. U slag pomocu velike kasike lagahno umjesati pire od jagoda u Vrhnje,dodati istopljenu zelatinu. Lagahno umjesati Bjelanjcad u smjesu.- Izrezite pomocu okrugle modlice ili velike casce krugove. Ako nemate duboke okrugle modlice mozete ih napraviti od folije ili malo tvrdjeg kartona.. Na dno modlice stavite jedan kolutic biskvita i po njemu isjeckane ili citave jagode.Po jagodama posuti jedan sloje kreme,pa staviti drugi sloj biskvita pa jos jedan sloj kreme. Zadnji sloj kreme fino zagladiti i ostaviti u zamrzivac najmanje 1½h. Istopiti zele i sasvim malo ga ogladiti pa posuti po vrhu kolaca. Ostaviti jos barem 30 minuta da se domara.
